At the Wayne County Care Center, choosing the right employees to treat and care for our residents is our primary goal. We employ approximately 90 dedicated employees, each of whom is educated and trained to "go the extra mile" in making our residents feel at home. Professional staff include a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Nursing, Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and State Tested Nurse Aides (STNA). In addition, the Care Center employs a Certified Activity Director, Certified Dietary Manager, Social Services, and Facility Chaplain. Additional support staff include business office personnel and other ancillary employees that help create an efficient operation.
