Donna Holmes

Facility Operations Manager

Donna Holmes began her career at WCCC in June of 2018. She is no stranger to the non profit world, having spent 22 years at a local agency where she was the Director of Planning and Community Development. Donnas has worked with State and Federal funders, so while being new to long-term care, she is versed in monitoring and regulations. Her background in business, project management, grant writing, and logistics provide a solid foundation for the expanded responsibilities of this position. Donna is a "Bridges Out of Poverty" trainer and is passionate about helping others.
