Kimberly Schuch-Estep, RN joined the WCCC as Director of Nursing in January, 2019.
I began my nursing career in 1997 and have worked in several different nursing settings including medical/surgical units in a hospital, long term acute care (LTACH)and skilled/long term care.  I am Wound Care Certified and have a passion for healing.  I truly love caring for others and take pride in my profession, being a nurse is a great honor.  I was born and raised in Wayne County and am very excited to be a part of the team here at the Wayne County Care Center.  My husband and I currently reside in the house I grew up in as a little girl.  We have 5 children and 3 grandchildren.  Our family enjoys the outdoors in the summertime.  We spend our weekends camping, swimming, fishing and enjoying my husbands' grilled food together by the campfire.
