Nichole Crossmon joined the Care Center as the Director of Dining in September 2018.

I have been employed in the food service industry for the last 25 years and I have been a Certified Dietary Manager since 2004.  I began a food service career in the Culinary Arts program at the Wayne County Schools Career Center.  I graduated high school and went on to get my Associates Degree in Dietary Management.  Aside from my work, I am married to my husband Jeremy and we  have 2 daughters, Olivia & Vivian.
